Priceline Hotel: Bidding advice - Union Square April 2013

Hello,

Looking to stay in union square 4* between 23/4 till 26/4. Below is my bidding attempt (just started today), any advice is much appreciated. Should I increase my upper limit to about 120 - 125? Or maybe consider other areas nearby (e.g. financial district, fisherman's wharf, SOMA)

Haven't been to SF before and been told union square would be a good place to stay (close to all the tourist spots, easy access to transport)

I think it's probably going to take $125-140 for a 4* in USE/USW (and probably similar in other zones.)

I'd just continue working higher for a 4* USW/USE at a similar pace ($117, $120, $122, $125, $127, $130)

If you were looking to be close to everything, I would definitely advise staying in Union Square, and Nob Hill would be my second option.

Hello all.

Just a quick update to say that I ended going with a vacation rental near daly city. Worked out because it turn out to be 5 of us and one of us had a car and was able to drive us around.
