danuary
Hi all,I am trying to decide between two properties coming up on Hotwire for this winter, 1/21-1/28. They are:#1: 3.5*, Lihue-Kapaa. Resort, Beachfront, Airport Shuttle, Restaurant(s), Pool(s), Fitness Center, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Business Center. I _think_ this is the Radisson. Can anyone confirm?#2: 3*, Lihue-Kapaa. Condo, Beachfront, 1BR, Fully-equipped Kitchen, Kitchenette, Pool(s), Daily Housekeeping, Free Parking, Front Desk, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Laundry Facilities (self-service). I have _no_ idea what this one is. Any ideas?Ideally I'd prefer the condo, I'd just like to first be able to check and make sure it's not gross. ;-) Any information much appreciated! Link to comment
shammes53
Doing a package search has indentified the second one as Castle Kaha Lani 4460 Mehe Road, Lihue, Kauai, Hotel features: Beachfront, 1 Bedroom Suite, Fully-equipped Kitchen, Kitchenette, Pool(s), Daily Housekeeping, Free Parking, Front Desk, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Laundry Facilities (self-service) Description: In Hawaiian, Kaha Lani means "heavenly place." This secluded beachfront condominium resort is a charming, tranquil retreat, located on a seemingly "endless" uncrowded white sand beach. All families with children 12 and younger will receive an ASTON Hawaii Kids Stay, Play and Eat Free identification card at check in. Present the ID card at participating attractions and restaurants to receive free promotional offers. Doing a package search also indentified the first one as the Radisson Kauai Beach ResortHotel features:Resort, Beachfront, Airport Shuttle, Restaurant(s), Pool(s), Fitness Center, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby, Business CenterCheck out reviews for each property:Radisson Kauai Beach Resort ReviewCastle Kaha Lani Review Link to comment
LoneStar
I can't speak for the property, but I do like the location. A little busy in rush hour, but very convenient to seeing all the sites on the island. Added bonus of a great nearby swimming beach with gentle waves.I'd still go with the Waimea Plantation Cottages with the Entertainment Card discount, but that's me! Link to comment
