I will be in Boston from 6/26 till 6/30 attending a Conference at MIT Media Lab, so I thought it would be great if I could find a 4 star Hotel in the Cambridge East area for $130/night Max for these 4 nights.

I'm also open to any suggestions.

Based upon current rates i think that $130 will likely fall short and you'll either need to raise your bid, lower your star rating, and/or consider other nearby zones. However, since you have plenty of time you can at least try for what you want first, then consider other options. To try bidding:

I finally got the Boston Park Plaza & Towers, 3 1/2 stars,in Boston Common for $139 per night.
