Priceline Hotel: 4 adults at the Venetian?

I am looking to book at the Venetian in Vegas for 4 people. On PRICELINE, the room type I am looking at is listed as the "Bella Suite – Two Queen Beds-$100 Resort Extras" which will comfortably sleep 4. I have read the fine print: "All rooms are booked for double occupancy (i.e. 2 adults) and accommodations for more than two adults are not guaranteed."Now because priceline books by the number of rooms (as opposed to the number of people) and yet the bella suite will comfortable sleep 4, I want to know if it's likely I'll have to have to pay "additional people" fees at check in?

Will check in know my booking is for 2 people or are they only aware that I booked the bella suite?

Any feedback appreciated.Thanks

Dates are 25-30th of June, room rates:

PRICELINE is $203 per night (total USD$1127.15 including taxes, but excluding resort fees)

HOTWIRE (putting in 4 adults, 1 room) is $203 (total USD$1529.82 including taxes, but excluding resort fees)

I'm assuming the difference is due to the extra person fees.

Basically if I book through priceline I want to know whether they will charge the extra person fees. Can they see that I booked it through priceline and that the number of people booked is 2? Or will they just see that I have booked a Bella suite and can bring up to 4 occupants?

The hotel will know that you booked thru PRICELINE and that the reservation is for two adults.

Since the hotel charges more for quad occupancy vs. double occupancy (even at their own website for this room type) the hotel would have the right to charge you whatever extra person fees that are inline with their policy for other guests who book for quad occupancy.

Since the room will have two queen beds in it and you're assured it can accommodate quad occupancy, some would just have two people go to the desk during check-in, but that's something you would need to be comfortable doing since it would be bending the rules.

Not sure of the make-up of the group or what your need or budget is, but i would consider bidding on PRICELINE for a 5* hotel for two rooms as you may be able to get something very close in price and have the benefit of more space, and extra bathroom to use while getting ready to go out, more privacy, etc.
