Using the PRICELINE link on December 30, 2012 and I bid two different times and both times won at the same rate. I was bidding on a four star hotel and there are many areas in Atlanta that are not four star hotels. I included both Airport ATL South and North, which both have four star hotels and began my bidding at $42 then added one dollar at a time together with adding zones that do not include four star hotels (there are many) until my bid was accepted at $47 both times. I was offered chance to extend the stay for additional nights at the same rate both times.
