JDHayes
I'm planning to bid for a 5* hotel in the Strip South Vicinity when I get a little closer to my travel date. I have discovered several good deals for the Vdara (average of $103 per night) and Bellagio (average of $109 per night) for the dates listed above and I'd appreciate your opinion regarding the amount it'll take to win a room during that timeframe. Obviously, I want to get the best deal possible, whether it's by bidding or booking directly. Thanks in advance for your assistance. Link to comment

thereuare
Rates in Las Vegas change quicker than any other market in the United States (and perhaps in the world). If your plans are firm, and a 5* hotel can be had for less then $100/nite, how much better do you expect rates to get? What if they go in the other direction?Once you're ready to bid let us know the best rate you're able to find at that time and we'll suggest a strategy for you to follow going up to that price (or whatever other maximum bid you'd like)Thanks for using the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board. JDHayes
I ended up booking the Vdara directly at $103 (average) per night, primarily because of a $100 dining credit promotion that was being offered. Link to comment

Please check for and use the links in the Support Page for your hotel direct purchases, where we have links to most of the major hotel chains and online booking agencies, including the Vdara.
