bleelee Posted January 1, 2013 Author Report Share Posted January 1, 2013 Our preferred area is ESB or MTE, and we are trying to choose wisely to reduce the chance of getting a property that we do not like (eg. St Giles, Roosevelt). I am now seeing 4*ESB for 03/16/13 - 03/19/13 @ $189 with these amenities:Boutique Hotel Business Center Accessible for the blind Accessible for the deaf Accessible path of travel In-room accessibility Roll-in showerI am thinking it might be the Kitano. Do you concur? Also, do you think rates might drop later? I have booked a one bedroom suite at the Affinia Manhattan @198 as a back up. it is not my favourite location, but the price was good and with a 24 hr cancellation, I am willing to wait and keep looking for something in my preferred location.Thanks. There is no way to know if rates will come down or go up closer to the dates. March is generally a bit higher than the slowest period of the year (Jan-early Feb).
