Only additional is all the accessible stuff..accessible to blind, accessible to deaf, accessible path of travel, in room accessiblity, accessible bathroom, handicapped parking, roll in shower.

It may be easier but it's incomplete, as sometimes the only difference between two hotels is that one shows (for example) Roll-in Shower whereas the other does not. Without the full list of amenities we have no way of differentiating between the two. ;)

For this property i'd agree and the Hyatt would be my best guess as well.

Thanks! Confirmed, is the Hyatt Regency. Used your HOTWIRE link, of course. Probably should update the hotel ID pages...especially with the new HOTWIRE amenity list, such as indoor pool.
