musicphan Posted December 28, 2012 Report Share Posted December 28, 2012 I was hesitant about this win based on comments others made but it turns out I have stayed at this hotel twice before when it was the Ramada. Yes, there is a homeless population but they leave you alone. I never felt unsafe or ill-at-ease any of the times I've stayed. For this trip, it was ideal because we could pick up the bus across the street which took us to the venue we were at 3 nights in a row for concerts - ideal! The property is very clean, well located, the BART is literally right out the front door. My only complaint is that there isn't a coffee maker in the room - but I assume that is because there is a Starbucks in the lobby. Def. worth the price I paid. Link to comment
