I saw this too when originally posted and i'm thinking it may be a mistake... a current HOTWIRE search shows a 3.5* hotel in this zone for $58/nite with the total being $71 (which is the amount posted in the topic title)... so something doesn't look right.

Sorry - my error. Don't know where my brain was when I posted but the total was $71.35 (base price $58 + $13.35 taxes)
