I'm happy enough with this. I think this is getting more pricy because it is closer to Mardi Gras, and because it is a weekend. Anyways it took me a few days to get this deal:

All quotes I see online for this place range from ~$170 to $190. I saw a buy-it-now option on priceline/hotwire for an unnamed 4* hotel for $103 so I'm slightly ahead with that too.

Taxis from the airport have a fixed cost to downtown hotels ($33 total for two passengers OR $14 per passenger for 3/4 passengers) so you'll have to weigh your options depending upon the number of people you have.

I have found the cheaper parking garages to be on O'Keefe between Gravier and Common (for $15 per day). That's not far from your hotel.

Maybe someone else knows of someplace better, but that's where I would park.

Are those garages in and out?

I doubt it... public garages are almost never in/out; that is typically only a feature of using the hotel garage.

Not in and out, I'm sure. However, you can just park the car and walk everywhere if you are in decent shape - or take one of the street cars.
