Dealer
Bid $100 for 4* in Beverly Hills-West Hollywood and it asked me to increase to $124.00/nt. I did and got 2 nights at Inter-Continental Century City from Dec. 1-3, 2012. Bid was same day as check-in. Room was OK, but no upgrade. Link to comment

SGF
When this person says, " it asked me to increase to $124.00/nt"....what exactly does that mean? I've never had Priceline ask me to increase my bid. I'm looking for the same area the night of Dec 5th, but have had no luck in that price range. Link to comment

SGF
I'm just asking how one gets Priceline to counter an offer as the above poster says happened. This has never happened to me. Can someone tell me how to do this? I have no problem bidding, I just never get any kind of counter offer from anything I bid on. Please explain how one gets a counter offer, please. Thank you.
