We will be returning from a cruise into the Port of Miami early in the morning, but flying out of FLL at 5PM. Since the thought of just sitting in the airport all day did not appeal to us, we tried looking for a rental car out of Miami. The prices were all pretty much close to or over $100. However earlier I got an email from Priceline about rental cars. Just for laughs, I put in what I thought was a really lowball bid of $25. Imagine my surprise when they countered with $30. If i recall a taxi from the Miami Port to the Miami Airport is ~$30.
