antlori
I'm looking for a Waikiki hotel for 7 days, Dec.31-Jan.7. I'm getting a 3* in Waikiki Central for $103 with following amenities: Near Beach, Restaurant(s), Tennis Nearby, Laundry Facilities (self-service). It's also listed as a Best Value. Any ideas what this might be? Is it worth taking a chance on a 3* in Waikiki? What are the chances of getting a dump? I need 2 rooms: 1 for 2 adults and 2 children and the other for 2 adults and 1 child so I can't take a chance on Priceline and getting only 1 bed per room. Link to comment
thereuare
This property has not yet been identified.Since this is such an extended stay, why not see if (what is believed to be) the same hotel shows up for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then for the balance of your stay... if so you can risk the first (or last nite) in order to learn the name of the property. If you like it you can book the balance of your stay... if not seek accomodations elsewhere for the remainder of your stay. If there are not many alternate options in this price range, may be worth the risk of a one nite (or two if you don't like changing hotels) stay.Let us know what you decide and how it goes, or if we can help further. antlori
Thanks. I decided not to take a chance. I've booked a condo directly, the Waikiki Banyan. Link to comment
