thereuare
The Sheraton Puerto Rico Hotel and Casino would be my best guess for this one (NOTE: this is a different property than the Sheraton Old San Juan)Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. dinanathchauhan
With one of the amenities as "Golf"/"Golfing Nearby", do you still think it might be the Sheraton PR Casino and Hotel? Link to comment
AaronJB
The Sheraton has been reported to the board with golf as one of the amenities previously.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Link to comment
dinanathchauhan
I am not sure if Sheraton PR Casino and Resort would be a typical resort experience. I have read good reviews by business travelers but sketchy ones by by leisure travelers (on other travel forums). I guess I will wait for a good hotel to show up or use Priceline. Link to comment
dinanathchauhan
Also, Sheraton doesn't list it as a "Resort" and hotwire says it is a resort. Am I missing something here? Link to comment
AaronJB
The 3.5* has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but my guess is that it MAY be the Radisson, upgraded to 3.5* from the previously reported 3*.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. dinanathchauhan
Your opinion on it being Sheraton? It is not a resort, so? Link to comment
thereuare
Hotwire 4* Resort in San Juan, PR from 21st-25th Dec 2012.Where do you see HOTWIRE classifying this property as a Resort... i don't see, nor did you mention, a Resort amenity associated with this property (there is a resort fee... but there are lots of hotels that charge resort fees that are not quite actually 'resorts')Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
dinanathchauhan
I interpreted "resort fees" as being levied only by resorts and not regular hotels. I was wrong. Link to comment
dinanathchauhan
Multiple bids, began from $89, went upto $122. I guess 23rd and 24th nights are expensive, hence only a 43% discount achieved. Am happy though. Link to comment
