Hotwire Hotel: Tokyo hotwire help.

Hello everyone.

I need your help, because something weird happen on hotwire. How often is that hotwire makes a mistake with the prices.

For ex... today I saw on hotwire a rate for a 5* tokyo hotel in Minato for 38 dlls.

One hour later i do the same search and the price 5* tokyo minato was for 370 dlls. (apparently the same hotel with same features)

What would happen if I buy that price and was a mistake? How does hotwire work in that case? can they tell you, sorry it was a mistake?¨or I can force them to keep the cheap rate i paid?
