mksmlayman Posted August 31, 2012 Report Share Posted August 31, 2012 I was bidding with $6 bonus cash. I started by bidding $22+$6 bonus on a premium car but was rejected. Added the full size category and lowered my bid to $15+$6 bonus and was accepted by Hertz. Thursday through Monday. HOTWIRE was offering a full size at $22/day plus taxes/fees, so my offer at $21/day (with bonus cash) would've still saved me money even if I wouldn't have had the bonus cash. I don't rent a lot of cars, so this seems like a pretty good deal. Used the BetterBidding PRICELINE link. Thanks to all who keep this site going. Link to comment
