softbabyshoes
Tried to get Woodland, WA (guessing it's Quality Inn - newly renovated and seems like it's the only hotel available there) tried $41, $46, $50, didn't win.added Kelso, Wa and was going to try 3* (probably Red Lion. only 3* hotel there) but it's greyed out?? probably nothing available for that night. So i had to try 2* and won on first try $42.00 Taxes & Fees: $12.17 Total Charged to Card: $54.17 Link to comment

softbabyshoes
just FYI: called them just now to see if can get 2 queens but no luck. upgrade to 2 queen beds room will be $20. past few years i had been using priceline and always got 2 queen beds everytime. but this summer, we had been out of luck. few weeks ago at Red Lion at north Idaho, they only give us 1 bed too. i know there's a risk. but seems like it might be the case these days?? or maybe because these are small towns and hotels are smaller with less rooms. All the other ones I won were at big towns and 4* hotels... never had problem getting 2 queens before. oh well.Congratulations on your success! AaronJB
Sorry to hear that the hotel was charging more for two beds. PRICELINE only guarantees 1 bed/double occupancy, but it really depends on the area, day and could depend on who you talk to. Link to comment
