scooby Posted August 21, 2012 Report Share Posted August 21, 2012 $39 ($50.34 total) via Hotwire for the America's Best Inn in Abilene, Texas.Description was pool, free parking and free breakfast.I thought that I was getting a Comfort Inn or a Super 8 with the amenities and the comparison price displayed.Ratings for this place look pretty bad, but it's just for one night.I'll see what the wife's reaction will be. While not the hotel you were expecting, hopefully you can make this work for just the one nite... you can try to spend most of the day/evening outside of the hotel and just use this as a place to sleep.
