AaronJB
My guess would be a new amenity set for the Sheraton City Centre or Sheraton University City.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Link to comment
markincleveland
I'd bet on the Sheraton as well. . . .but the 85% Hotwire recommendation throws me for a loop. I find it implausible that anyone would recommend that property. It is old and threadbare and a dive. My daughter is at UPENN and we will not stay there. We don't even bid on Priceline because we could get that property. I'd pay the extra $40 for the four star Inn at Penn . .it's definably worth it. Link to comment
travelbee88
Thanks everyone for your comments.I ended up not booking through HOTWIRE, as the savings weren't that great at $103 per night (now only $95 per night), as my corporate rate was only $30 more at the Sheraton University City for 2 nights.I ended up booking through PRICELINE and got the Sheraton at a better location (City Centre). Will post my winnings in the Priceline Forum as well. Thanks again! Link to comment
travelbee88
I just bid on Priceline for a 3.5 star property in the Rittenhouse Square - Business District at $75 per night and got accepted at my first offer.Total comes to $181 for 2 nights after fees/taxes.Priceline offers same property at $194 per night = $446 after fees/taxes.Great savings. Very happy with this property and price. :) Link to comment
