This was a few dollars more than the lowest published rate on the hotel's website. I was not eligible for the Priceline "Big Deal Guarantee" because I booked this hotel the same day as check-in. "The Big Deal Guarantee is available up until midnight the night before your scheduled check-in date."

They also said the rate was no longer showing on the hotel's website at the time of my call with Priceline. They would not accept a PDF screen capture file I had of the rate on the hotel's website.

So Priceline's denial of my Big Deal Guarantee claim was consistent with all of their terms & conditions posted on their site.

Sorry to hear the BRG claim was denied, but glad to see you're rational in understanding that it didn't meet their terms (or maybe after 4 months you've just come to accept it ;) )
