It's not a tourist trap like so many places, and they make a good muffaletta.For seafood, I like the Redfish Grill, on Bourbon Street. It's not cheap but I love the food. At least get the crabcakes appetizer!Have fun and be careful. Link to comment
thereuare Posted August 1, 2012 Report Share Posted August 1, 2012 We ate at a different location of this restaurant, but there is a Zea Restaurant location on St. Charles south of the superdome (if that's "off the beaten track" for you enough)... a excellent meal. You'll have to look into, but you could probably easily get there via the Streetcar.Enjoy your stay.
