Priceline Hotel: help 4* in Charleston

hi,

i am interested in bidding on a 4* in downtown charleston for late october for 4 nights - would appreciate advice on the following.

1. I know there are no guarantees, any tips to land the french quarter inn rather than the renaissance? will bid up to $150 - would prefer not to land the renaissance.

2. is it too early to bid now for late october?

3. is late oct low season for charleston?

There is no way to ensure a particular property or increase the odds of a particular property - if you bid for a 4* in this zone, you have to be willing to accept *any* 4* in this zone.

It is definitely not too early to bid for October.
