Closed Priceline and started again with Notting Hill at 100$, rised until 120$ (adding Westminster first, and then the free rebid zones). Accepted by the K hotel. Looks like a nice property, close to a subway station (my only demand) and got a third off regular rates. Used the PRICELINE link to start bidding!EDIT: sorry, the title should have been 120$!
