cnk88888 Posted June 28, 2012 Report Share Posted June 28, 2012 Started my 3* bid @ $75 for the French Quarter and re-bid @ $80 with Downtown New Orleans and landed this property. Tried bidding up to $115 for 4*s, then 3.5*s before going down to 3*s. As mentioned in my previous post, hotel rates seem quite high from what I've seen. So I called the Marriott earlier and inquired about why hotels rates are so high during this time, and was informed that there are 18 conferences/events in town that week. Used the BetterBidding PRICELINE link. Link to comment
