Got this 4* hotel for $100 ($100 + $5 Priceline Bonus Cash) on my last bid for a 4* property.

Started bidding at $70 (+ $5 Priceline Bonus Cash at every bid) as follows:

- $70 + $5 (PL Bonus Cash) = Bid Price of $75 Zone 3 French Quarter

- $75 + $5 (PL Bonus Cash) = Bid Price of $80 Zone 2 Downtown New Orleans

- $80 + $5 (PL Bonus Cash) = Bid Price of $85 Zone 4 Garden District

- $85 + $5 (PL Bonus Cash) = Bid Price of $90 Zone 5 Metarie - Harahan

Hotel rates seem quite high from what I've seen. So I called the Marriott earlier and inquired about why hotels rates are so high during this time, and was informed that there are 18 conferences/events in town that week.
