Hotwire Hotel: 4* Rome (Trastavere - La Pisana) NH Jolly Midas

VERY POOR DESCRIPTION!!!!

Trastevere/Pisana is a charming part of Rome, the Hotel is in an industrial part called Aurellio ( on a busy street). I am a frequent Hotwire/Priceline customer and know the rules, after checking the map this does fall in the green zone, BUT if you go by the geographical description (and research all the 4 star hotels) the hotel is pretty far away from Trastevere.

I feel like I've been baited and switched, customer service says there is nothing they can do.......Warning about HOTWIRE use at own risk (I've had issues with Priceline in the past and their customer service is 100% better).......Any suggestions???

It would be appreciated if you started to share your wins with the board so that others can benefit from the information. In this vein, can you please add a reply to this thread with the amenities shown before your purchase... you can still view this information by going to HOTWIRE and clicking the MY ACCOUNT link near the top right of their home page.

It would also be appreciated if you used the requested PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your future bidding, searches and travel purchases.

RESOLUTION!!!! Hotwire allowed me to cancel due to the fact the pool will be closed!!!!
