Priceline Hotel: 5* Paris (La Defense - Neuilly) Pullman Paris La Defense

It's not a great rate comparing with the position of the hotel, but for the first time it was not so easy to have the offer accepted.

I had to try for several days and this was the best rate I could get (it's the worst one I got in Paris, but good anyway).

According to Priceline, the hotel is a 5 star.

Did you get an upgrade from 4* to 5* with your bidding?

The location looks pretty far out, but all it amounts to is an extra 5 or so minutes on Metro Line 1. The Arch is awesome. The area is quiet and safe. There is even a huge department store/grocery store. A McDonalds and then some very Parisian bars and restaurants.

I apologise for my very late reply.

The hotel was Pullman Paris La Defense.

It's a pretty nice hotel, despite a bit too "anonymous" even for Priceline standards. The bed however was probably the most comfortable I've ever slept in.

La Defense is faraway from Paris centre, but with metro is only 10 minutes, and it's worth visiting sometimes.
