I stayed there last year (booked through LMT for about 175). Great hotel, across the street from the beach (accessible via a connected walkway),,, I need to see if they really do have a "self service laundry facility" - I didn't see it.

Starbucks on the ground level - use their wifi, instead of paying the hotel (note- may need to buy a cup of coffee).

Hotel was $135 a night plus about $15 for taxes - there is no resort fee, no fee for the fitness center, although parking is expensive (like $25 a day or so).
