5tein
History: Used the BetterBidding PRICELINE link.Started with 3.5* at 85, added more not-3.5* areas, went up to 130 before I quit, restarted with North County Coastal at 3* and $100I might have gotten it lower, but I was running out of patience after trying to get the 3.5*Interestingly, I listed 2 adults, 2 children when searching, but my email receipt says only 2 occupants, so hopefully they won't charge me more on arrival.Taxes: 49.23 Link to comment
thereuare
Congratulations on your success! Glad to see you're pleased with the results and this property works well for your plans. Note that all PRICELINE reservations are for double occupancy, there is no place to include children or quad occupancy on their searches. You may want to call the hotel and request a room with two beds (or at least a pullout sofabed if available)Thank you for sharing your win and using the PRICELINE links on the board to begin your bidding. t4ng
Hii!! you're so lucky! I am fairly new, and have only used this "betterbidding" method in vegas hotels, so I am not quite sure about which locations in san diego have which star rating hotels. I was wondering, how were you able to find out "non-3.5" areas? thank you for any help and advice! Link to comment
