thereuare
Some of the amenities above are brand new to HOTWIRE (only introduced earlier today) so a hotel with this exact amenity set has not yet been reported to the board, but my guess is that this may be a new amenity set for the Best Western Royal Palace Inn and Suite, as well as an upgrade to the 3* level since it was last reported to the board.I'm not local to the area, but i can say that the most frequently bid zones in this area include: Beverly Hills-West Hollywood, Hollywood, and Downtown... so i would think that the area should be fine, depending upon your specific needs for this trip. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know what you decide and/or how it goes or if we can be of further help. tb18
I will think about it, I tried bidding on Priceline until $95 and failed, so I'm considering whether I should just grab the hotwire property.I will try pricelining again tomorrow and will update the thread if I succeed. tb18
I decided to bid on priceline 3* up to $110, if all rejected I would've taken this property (although it just got upgraded from 2.5*, but the amenities of parking and internet is nice)Ended up getting a 3* property in beverly hills on PL. Will post hotel win.I have a question about the adding nights option - I noticed that the taxes and fees for 1 night is around $25, but for 2 nights it is only $38. If I select add a night at the same rate and my bid gets accepted, would the taxes and fees be $25 again? Or would it be corrected to $38 for 2 days? Thanks! Going to post hotel win now Link to comment
tb18
Didn't mind the locations as long as it is in the general areas of beverly/hollywood/westwood/santa monicaTried up until $90 yesterday and failed.Started at $95 today$95 - westwood rejected$97 - westwood+hollywood rejected$100 - westwood+hollywood+beverly accepted Link to comment

tb18
Thanks, I think it is a good deal too.I got a question for adding a night option, i posted it in the original hotwire post related to this PL bid... Any clue on the adding a night tax+fees calculation? (i.e. for 1 night tax+fees is $25, for two nights it is $38, if you add a night do you pay $50 or $38?) Link to comment
thereuare
Adding a nite is billed as a new purchase, so in your example above the taxes/fees would be $25.Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Enjoy your stay.
