Hotwire Hotel: 4* $189 for South Strip Area?

I will be in Vegas the two nights of 5/18 and 5/19 and HOTWIRE is showing a 4 star hotel for $189 in the Strip South Area. It is showing the normal price is $239. I am trying to avoid Tropicana, MGM Grand, and Mandalay Bay. Best case scenario is Planet Hollywood or Monte Carlo. The amenities are listed below. Any guesses?

A property with this exact amenity has not yet been reported to the board. My guess is a new amenity set for NYNY, and although i feel 'pretty good' with this guess, i wouldn't too surprised if it was something different.

Thanks, I ended up finding Planet Hollywood during a 72 hour sale on PRICELINE for $139 which I think is a steal for 5/18 and 5/19. I used the PRICELINE link on this website though so hopefully you got credit. Thanks.
