en_grace
Tried bidding the 3 Stars for all of Buffalo (except downtown and south of downtown) for the dates 4-6 July 2012 at $50. Reduced to 2(1/2) stars at $50 and nothing. Succeeded at the 2 stars for RRI Buffalo Amherst. My bid was $50 + $7 (Bonus cash) = $57Total real cost per night is $50 + $13.16 (tax) = $63.16Still cheaper than the retail rates of $72 (without tax)Am happy as the reviews for the RRI is pretty good on both google and tripadvisor. In addition, it's the 4 July and my parents and I would like to catch the 4 July fireworks over the falls. So I guess hotel rates in that area would be a little steep. Link to comment
