Romelle
The retail side of Priceline has two 4* hotels at $289 and $359 for your date. People do score bidding discounts greater than 50% occasionally, but the odds aren't great. Still, one never really knows until it is tried. On the plus side, there are lots of free re-bids for that area so you can easily and quickly check it out. If you aren't familiar with free re-bids, there is a discussion in the FAQs above. If you still have questions after reviewing the material, please post back.Romelle Link to comment
thereuare
Based upon current rates i don't think your $100 maximum bid is has much of a shot, but if you want to give it a try:At the 4* level you have SEVEN re-bid zones. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.Select 4* Napa...Bid $80, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $85, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $88, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $90, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $93, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $95, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $98, if rejected add re-bid zone...Bid $100Any questions feel free to ask. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Good luck and let us know how it goes. BidWarrior
Sorry for not posting a reply to this thread after bidding. If my memory (and email) serves me correctly, I did not follow through with bidding in Napa and changed plans. Thanks,BidWarrior Link to comment
