Future Jet Setter
Hi! I am a college student who was invited by a dear friend to spend some time with her in the Philippines, complete with an internship, apartment and driver. Clearly, neither myself nor my mother want me to pass up this incredible opportunity. However due to financial hardships I am struggling to come up with airfare. Honestly, as a curious 19-year-old, I am not phased much by the potentially disastrous layovers. As long as I get there, right? My mother recently moved to Destin, FL (VPS airport). I am not familiar with it at all coming from the west coast, but do know it's expensive! I don't mind taking a bus ride to a further airport, I just want a low fare to Manila! Any tips, tricks, warnings I should know? Any advice is greatly appreciated since I have yet to use the Priceline bidding tool. Thank you for your time, happy travels! Link to comment
