This is a very nice place although check-in was not pleasant. After giving my name, the agent (seeing it was a Priceline booking) gave me a card and said if I book direct next time I could use the 20% discount code. Then he said check in is 4:00 PM and I was early (I arrived a few minutes before 3:00 PM). Then he found me an available room and said checkout is 11:00 AM. That was pretty much our entire engagement. A robot could have done a better job. Despite that, this is one of the nicest places I've stayed at in the Phoenix area. More like a small condo than a hotel. Link to comment
