Tmem
I am going to Las Vegas on April 20th to the 26th.I am interested in trying the Priceline Bid approach and was wondering what is the best way to approach this? With a maximum price of 85$ (prefferably lower), would I be able to get a 4 star hotel or should I not bother.I would prefer to stay on South or North Strip.Thank you. thereuare
Welcome to BetterBidding! Please start by reading your messages. This might be possible... HOTWIRE is currently offering a 4* hotel in the Strip South zone (Casino, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Business, Golf) for $65/nite. The Tropicana has previously been seen with this amenity set so this would be my best guess for this one, HOWEVER, this property is also only showing a 65% user recommendation and has very low 'overall satisfaction' rating from previous guests. The Tropicana was recently renovated so i'm not sure if these reviews/satisfaction levels are from 'pre-renovation' or if it is some other property. You may want to try bidding on PRICELINE first, then if rejected up to $65 or so, see if this property is offered for the first nite or two of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the first nite or two in order to 'look behind the curtain'... if it's an acceptable property then purchase the balance of your stay; if not, make alternate arrangement for the rest of your trip. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how you'd like to proceed and we'll take it from there. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
langjie
From looking at old threads, this is probably the Westin Casuarina Link to comment
