Then started with 4*. $200 not accepted. $207 accepted the next day.Cologne is the biggest convention city in Germany, with lots of international business folk. Rates vary tremendously day-by-day depending on the conventions in town. I saw someone posted on BB that they have a 5* Marriott the to stay the day after my date for half this price on Priceline!
