$140 for Jan 20th-Jan 24th? Does that sound right? Everyone else is getting $20-$40 less per night on either side of these days? I'm from Canada, is this some sort of holiday in the US or something?

I'm assuming it's Sofitel:

Fitness Center, Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-Speed Internet Access

Possibly a convention or other event in the area - the 22nd-24th appear to be the busier dates, as the 20th-22nd are somewhat less expensive if searched for separately. The 4.5* NMA amenity set has been previously seen with the Sofitel so that would be my guess.

I'm also seeing a 3.5* w/Boutique, Restaurant, Fitness, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf, Tennis, Spa in the NMA area for $87 (the price you see may vary slightly) which would be a possible match for the Indigo - while not a 4.5*, if this listing is the Indigo, that's a nice 3.5* in the Gold Coast neighborhood.
