After looking elsewhere on the board it appeared this was most likely Ceiba del Mar...and it was!

I actually spent part of my honeymoon here, but at the time they had only been open for one year and it was not very well known and the resort was empty (which we liked, we had the place to ourselves, and the staff was fabulous)... please let us know upon your return your experience and if the area has been built up as of yet.
