Happy with the win, we really wanted to be as close to River St as possible, this should be perfect. Wed's 4* bids $60, $63, $65, $67, $70, $72 all rejectedYesterday's 3.5 bids were $50, $53, $58, $61, $64, $67 all rejected.Today's bids were $68, $72, $74, $76, $78 win.Final Price $186.84, booking direct with the hotel would have been $189/nt.FYI, per the hotel, they are 100% non smoking now and parking is $19/nt for valet.
