The 4* matches multiple properties with the Hilton Towers, Hotel Palomar, Dupont Hotel and Westin City Center all having been seen with this amenity set, so any of these would be my best guess guess for this one.

A hotel with the amenities of the 4.5* has not yet been reported to the board, a new amenity set for the Loews Madison or Fairfax at Embassy Row are each possible, but there could easily be others as well.
