This property has not yet been reported to the board... it could be either of the properties you mentioned above with a new amenity set, or some new property not yet reported to the board. Unfortunately i don't have any additional insight into this one.

sorry for the delay... we decided not to go because of not sure of the location and the main reason we found out that our Disney passes were on black out that time.
