I saw another user's successful $83 bid for Opus hotel in Granville Entertainment District (GED) over the Halloween weekend.

Really wanted this hotel so started bidding at $75 knowing I had seven rebids based on number of zones without a 4* hotel in Vancouver.

Nice hotel for the price, but the pet policy was $60 per stay.

We were staying one night so that is a lot of money for a 12lb pug to sleep on the floor.

Opus accepts pet free of charge and the other two four star hotels in the district charged $40 (Sutton Place and Westin Grand)

Very good result for this Sheraton property! Sorry to hear about the pricey pet fee; hopefully HOTWIRE will eventually have some sort of "pet friendly" amenity listing (which I think would be popular.)
