CanadaDJ
Greetings: Need some advice, having difficult time bidding for the end of Jan for two rooms for two nights. I have bid on Resort and 4 Star in San Juan up to $130 for multiple days now. Still have not been accepted. This will be my 6th visit to San Juan for a pre-cruise stay. First time I have had such a difficult time getting accepted. Is there something going on with San Juan at this time or am I just bidding too far in advance.Thank you Link to comment
thereuare
Please follow-up your previous Hotwire New York and Hotwire San Juan threads with whatever you ended up doing for each of those stays, then click this PRICELINE link and reply to this thread, we'll then have a look at your trip above. This will be my 6th visit to San Juan for a pre-cruise stay.Assuming any of these have been within the last two years since you joined the board, or you have made PRICELINE / HOTWIRE purchases in other cities, it would be appreciated if you begin to share your wins with the board so that the information can help other users. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... and your searches too! AaronJB
I think you're likely not far off from a win; what would be your desired max budget per night?Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Link to comment
Romelle
Looks like things are pretty tight for your first night. Hotwire 4* had the two nights at $173, but when I did them individually it was $195 and $162. While Priceline usually runs a little less expensive, there might not be inventory available for your first night. Or it might be really steep.Romelle Link to comment
toledo
It's still early. Just book a back-up hotel that can be cancelled. That's what I'm doing. I thought the rates at Renaissance La Concha weren't too bad. Link to comment
