Otter7 Posted September 28, 2011 Report Share Posted September 28, 2011 All bids were for 4 stars only: started trying for Magnificent Mile, bid up to $130, moved to Millennium area, bid up to $85, moved to ORD South, first bid was accepted at $65.In retrospect we should not have bid this properly. We will not have a car and arrive in the downtown area, not O' hare. We should have bid higher in the Millennium area first since the hassle of traveling back and forth to the Hyatt ORD means that we should have bid Millennium up to a least $95 per day before offering $ 65 for ORD South. We also failed to review previous bids here before making our bid for ORD South, one had been recently successful for $50. I hope the Hyatt makes us happy guests. Link to comment
