I noticed on Hotwire there was a downtown 4* hotel on there today for $118 (been checking everyday for the last week), so I figured I would try Priceline for a little less. Unfortunately I tried $100 for a 4* hotel in the downtown area for my first try and won, so it's possible you can bid a little lower and still get the same. Link to comment
