Hotwire Hotel: Help identifying 3.5* Downtown/Soho

I'm stumped on this one. None of the currently listed hotels from previous wins would seem like a fit w/laundry. Any thoughts on a likely candidate? Also noted it was recommended in "90% of Hotwire customer reviews." And it says it received a 3.5 rating on Trip Advisor.

The above matches previous reports for the Club Quarters Downtown so that would be my best guess for this one.
