Interesting. I called the hotel to ask if I could get a king size bed. Per the pricline confirmation"If you are in need of any special arrangements (i.e. bed types, handicap accessibility etc.) to your accommodation, please contact the hotel property directly at the phone number listed below"

The operator asked me how I booked my reservation and when I said priceline, she said she can only make a request coz she is not allowed to change a reservation if it's done via PL. What the ??

So the hotel has taken your request and will/won't be able to honor it based upon availability at check-in.

For the benefit of the forum. Really good deal for the money I spent. I got there and my king bed request was in place! Staff completely helpful, clean hotel, gym, pool. Overall a very good experience.
