Using prior posts as a guideline, I started at $46 for Cary North, received a counter-offer for $57, added Raleigh South at $48 - rejected, added Wake Forest and raised to $51 - bid was accepted.

Needed another reservation for the next week, so started at $48 for Cary North, bid accepted the first time.

Please be aware that there is some confusion about the location of this hotel. Several links show it to be northeast of actual location, more in the Research Triangle area; search of the actual address puts it just south of the 440/40 interchange - where it should be.
